I am very pleased to deliver to your inbox our first Renico Plant Hire newsletter. From now on these newsletters will be a quarterly affair, bringing you up to date on all the exciting machines, equipment, and jobs that our company is busy with. After 17 years of being involved in the business of plant hire, Renico Plant Hire has grown to be one of the leading equipment and solution driven operations in Gauteng. From our Head Offices in Honeydew, Roodepoort, we hire out and manage our large fleet of equipment and plant, together with many of the jobs in which they are working, throughout ten provinces and Namibia. We boast a long list of Blue Chip companies that regard us to be as much a part of any construction site work as human capital and cement. It's not only the large Construction, Civil, and Mining Companies that we support with all facets of plant hire, but also the small contractor and the home builder wanting to hire a TLB to clear a site or a Tipper truck to remove the building rubble.
With the birth of the technological age we have seen the way people do business change over the years. It has made us proud not only to announce the launch of our new Renico Plant Hire Website, but also to have you as a subscriber to our mailing list and linked to our social media pages, which now make interfacing with us even easier.

Through the website and social media, we are endeavouring to enable you to check equipment availability, obtain rates or quotations, and secure some of the best kept equipment, operated by the best trained operators, supported by the best technical division and best trained supporting staff with just the simple swipe of a key.

Quarrying & Crushing
Gert Brits

Renico Quarrying and Crushing falls under the wing of Gert Brits. Gert has been with the company since its inception, and not only built up a world of experience over the last 17 years, but is a hard worker and as such has earned his stripes on sites all over South Africa and Namibia.

He has not only been involved in some of the largest crushing, screening and infrastructure related projects, but also manages a large team that day by day crushes aggregates for construction work or for sale into the world markets.
Earthworks & Civils
Grant Luck

Recently we established Renico Earthworks and Civils (Pty) Ltd. This division was borne partly from the need for a more dedicated team to attend to earthworks and civil related matters for Renico Construction, but also due to ongoing enquiries and requests for Renico to attend to Earthworks, Platforms and Civils work for clients. Coupled to that, we had a large fleet of equipment readily available.

Grant Luck joined Renico Earthworks and Civils recently to spearhead this new division. He is well known in the earthworks business and has under his belt some of the largest earthwork jobs done in Gauteng, and an 18 year track record of delivering earthwork jobs on time or, preferably, ahead of time.
2014 and the way forward.
Louis Nel

2014 has been a record year for Renico Plant Hire with all our targets being achieved, if not over achieved. We continually strive to have the latest technology and most productive fleet of machinery and equipment. Over the years Renico Plant Hire has kept on upgrading equipment, leading to a most economically run fleet of equipment and an arsenal of some of the most up-to-date assets that can be found in the plant hire field.

Our technical division, headed up by Louis Nel, works hard to maintain all our equipment in the best condition possible. We believe that equipment is not necessarily old and in need of replacement after 4000 hours, but can still be utilised for hundreds of hours if maintained properly and kept clean.
A growing fleet.
