With our summer newsletter I would like to welcome all our loyal clients, staff, management, suppliers and friends to the New Year!

2015 rushed past us at blistering pace. Although it was tough, Renico Plant Hire, Renico Quarrying & Crushing and Renico Earthworks & Civils enjoyed a busy and successful year.
Three Units with Dedicated Management Teams
Plant Hire
Renico Plant Hire increased turnover and profitability during 2015 and with one of the largest earthmoving fleets in Gauteng, is well positioned to embrace any large scale job where an earthmoving or plant hire fleet is required.

Quarrying & Crushing
Renico Quarrying & Crushing has felt the brunt of the slowdown in the mining sector. This slowdown, coupled to the lack of spending on infrastructure by Local and National Government, resulted in a great number of large scale road building and maintenance jobs being placed on hold. We are standing ready to pounce on any new opportunity! The fixed contracts, where Q & C is attending to run-of-mine (ROM) at various aggregate quarries, have performed well, although we saw a slight slowdown at the end of 2015.

Earthworks & Civils
Renico Earthworks & Civils grew well during 2015, and completed 22 large scale earthwork jobs on time. Renico Earthworks & Civils are specialists in earthworks, platforms, and demolitions jobs. The 2016 year will commence with 4 new sites being worked on, all in very prominent positions.

With our fleet always being renewed and upgraded, the Renico Group is keeping pace with the latest technology and always making sure the plant being rented out is the most fuel efficient, whilst we still offer the best work and production rates!
2016 and The way forward
I don't think one needs to look far to realise that 2016 is going to be a tough year, with many economic and political challenges to face in the way ahead. The general feeling of distrust and the unstable economic environment is not assisting anyone at this time. These factors, coupled with the worst drought South Africa has seen for many years brings the realisation that 2016 is surely going to test us all!

With our vast range of equipment and many years of experience the Renico Group is well able to undertake jobs of all sizes, be it small site clearing work, large earthworks or soil removal jobs - we undertake them all! We are well aware that it is going to take hard work to secure these jobs - and to do them quickly and effectively in these trying and difficult times. However, we have the utmost confidence that our dedicated, qualified team, working with the right equipment, will be in a position to offer an efficient service in all cases. We look forward to being of service to you.
Job Creation and Career Opportunities
in the Renico Group
With our continual investment in new plant and equipment we have been able to create many opportunities for employment and we are always looking for drivers and operators. Over the years we have seen that the lack of training has resulted in a huge under supply of qualified and experienced personnel in this field, particularly drivers of heavy duty trucks! Anyone with the right experience wishing to apply for a job as a truck driver or operator is welcome to visit our website, or send an email with their CV
